MRPL15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a, MEK1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with MRPL15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL15-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXO3a grouped by MRPL15-low versus MRPL15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
