The most reproducible MRPL14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSGALNACT2, C7, and CCBE1. Each is linked with MRPL14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL14-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL14 results are reported.
