MRPL14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL14-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, IGHV4-4, and IGHV3OR16-9. Each is linked with MRPL14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL14-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by MRPL14-low versus MRPL14-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
