Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL14 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ naive T-cells. Each is linked with MRPL14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL14-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL14 results are reported.
