Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,727 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein peptidyl-prolyl isomerization, DNA replication initiation, and Positive regulation of G2/MI transition of meiotic cell cycle. Each is linked with MRPL14 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL14-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein peptidyl-prolyl isomerization grouped by MRPL14-low versus MRPL14-high in PANCREAS.
