Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,320 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4G1, YTHDF3, and PABPC1. Each is linked with MRPL13 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL13-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL13 results are reported.
