MRPL13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 139 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL13-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4312, RNU6-482P, and ARF1P1. Each is linked with MRPL13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL13-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4312 grouped by MRPL13-low versus MRPL13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
