Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,598 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL12-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMOX1, MYC, and ATXN7L1. Each is linked with MRPL12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL12-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL12 versus HMOX1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
