MRPL11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 199 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6857, RNA5SP287, and OR4X7P. Each is linked with MRPL11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL11-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6857 grouped by MRPL11-low versus MRPL11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
