Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRPL10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MRPL10 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MRPL10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPL10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, COAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where MRPL10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
