Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRPL10 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MRPL10 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher MRPL10 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPL10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and PDAC show a favorable association.

GBM, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where MRPL10 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
