MRPL10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,796 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMOD1, TNFSF12, and PLXNC1. Each is linked with MRPL10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL10-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL10 versus LMOD1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
