MRPL10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,418 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRPPRC, MRPL1, and CLPX. Each is linked with MRPL10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL10-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL10 versus LRPPRC in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
