MRPL10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 219 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are LONRF2P3, SRCIN1, and CHEK1. Each is linked with MRPL10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL10-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LONRF2P3 grouped by MRPL10-low versus MRPL10-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
