MRPL10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL10 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ naive T-cells, Memory B-cells, and mv Endothelial cells. Each is linked with MRPL10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL10-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ naive T-cells grouped by MRPL10-low versus MRPL10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
