MRPL10

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,617 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of hematopoietic stem cell proliferation, DNA replication-dependent chromatin disassembly, and Vitamin B6 biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MRPL10 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL10-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL10 results are reported.
