MRPL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,317 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANKRD17, SDAD1, and ATXN2L. Each is linked with MRPL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL1-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL1 versus ANKRD17 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
