MRPL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,018 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMS3, COLEC12, and ZEB2. Each is linked with MRPL1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL1-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL1 versus RBMS3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
