MRPL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 651 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PUSL1, MYPOP, and TXLNA. Each is linked with MRPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL1-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PUSL1 grouped by MRPL1-low versus MRPL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
