MROH9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MROH9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,895 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MROH9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRC1, NCAPG, and FOXM1. Each is linked with MROH9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MROH9-to-partner and partner-to-MROH9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRC1 grouped by MROH9-low versus MROH9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MROH9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MROH9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
