MROH8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MROH8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,888 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MROH8-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL31, SNORD105, and MIRLET7F1. Each is linked with MROH8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MROH8-to-partner and partner-to-MROH8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL31 grouped by MROH8-low versus MROH8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MROH8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MROH8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
