Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MROH8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MROH8-associated genes across cancer lineages are XBP1, JNK2, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with MROH8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MROH8-to-partner and partner-to-MROH8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XBP1 grouped by MROH8-low versus MROH8-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MROH8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MROH8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
