Across TCGA cell cohorts, MROH8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,548 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MROH8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle, Cell division, and Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition. Each is linked with MROH8 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MROH8-to-partner and partner-to-MROH8 results are reported.
