MROH7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MROH7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,888 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MROH7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTTG1, EXO1, and SNRNP40. Each is linked with MROH7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MROH7-to-partner and partner-to-MROH7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MROH7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MROH7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
