Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MROH5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,061 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MROH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPU, TIPIN, and CENPH. Each is linked with MROH5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MROH5-to-partner and partner-to-MROH5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MROH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MROH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
