Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MROH4P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MROH4P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher MROH4P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MROH4P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LIHC show a favorable association.

PAAD, KICH, and UCEC are the cancer types where MROH4P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
