Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MROH1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MROH1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 10 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MROH1 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MROH1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and COAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, PDAC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where MROH1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
