Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRNIP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MRNIP data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MRNIP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRNIP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, ESCA, and KIRP are the cancer types where MRNIP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
