MRNIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRNIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,035 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRNIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UIMC1, ABRAXAS1, and KDM3B. Each is linked with MRNIP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRNIP-to-partner and partner-to-MRNIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRNIP versus UIMC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRNIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRNIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
