MRNIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRNIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 197 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRNIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP428, RNU7-29P, and RNF19BPY. Each is linked with MRNIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRNIP-to-partner and partner-to-MRNIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP428 grouped by MRNIP-low versus MRNIP-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRNIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRNIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
