MRM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,147 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRM3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAG7, YWHAE, and PHF23. Each is linked with MRM3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRM3-to-partner and partner-to-MRM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRM3 versus SPAG7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
