MRM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 921 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOBP4, MIR4774, and RN7SL361P. Each is linked with MRM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRM3-to-partner and partner-to-MRM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELOBP4 grouped by MRM3-low versus MRM3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
