MRM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRM3 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Macrophages, Macrophages M1, and Macrophages M2. Each is linked with MRM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRM3-to-partner and partner-to-MRM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Macrophages grouped by MRM3-low versus MRM3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
