MRM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,186 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, TTN, and SYNE1. Each is linked with MRM2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRM2-to-partner and partner-to-MRM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by MRM2-low versus MRM2-high in SKCM.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
