Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,862 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCAN2, RAI2, and RNU7-143P. Each is linked with MRM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRM2-to-partner and partner-to-MRM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRM2 versus RCAN2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
