MRM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL32P1, RPS10P21, and MIR7702. Each is linked with MRM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRM2-to-partner and partner-to-MRM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL32P1 grouped by MRM2-low versus MRM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
