Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRM2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Neutrophils, Epithelial cells, and Th2 cells. Each is linked with MRM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRM2-to-partner and partner-to-MRM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Neutrophils grouped by MRM2-low versus MRM2-high in LUSC.
