Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,847 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic mismatch repair, rRNA 2'-O-methylation, and Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes. Each is linked with MRM2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRM2-to-partner and partner-to-MRM2 results are reported.
