MRM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,506 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIG3, NLE1, and ZC3H14. Each is linked with MRM1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRM1-to-partner and partner-to-MRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRM1 versus LIG3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
