MRM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,078 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSE, MT2A, and MT-CO2. Each is linked with MRM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRM1-to-partner and partner-to-MRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRM1 versus DSE in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
