MRI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,209 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIR, BRD4, and PIN1. Each is linked with MRI1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRI1-to-partner and partner-to-MRI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRI1 versus TRIR in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
