MRI1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,128 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF791, SMIM7, and CCDC130. Each is linked with MRI1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRI1-to-partner and partner-to-MRI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRI1 versus ZNF791 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
