Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRI1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, PKC-a, and STAT5a. Each is linked with MRI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRI1-to-partner and partner-to-MRI1 results are reported.
