Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,351 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRI1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are L-methionine cycle, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Pre-mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with MRI1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRI1-to-partner and partner-to-MRI1 results are reported.
