MRI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VSIG4, PRSS54, and MS4A2. Each is linked with MRI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRI1-to-partner and partner-to-MRI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VSIG4 grouped by MRI1-low versus MRI1-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
