Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRGPRX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,903 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRGPRX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Organelle disassembly, Vacuolar transport, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with MRGPRX2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGPRX2-to-partner and partner-to-MRGPRX2 results are reported.
