MRGPRX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRGPRX2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRGPRX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-b-II_pS660, Cyclin-B1, and JNK2. Each is linked with MRGPRX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGPRX2-to-partner and partner-to-MRGPRX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-b-II_pS660 grouped by MRGPRX2-low versus MRGPRX2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGPRX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGPRX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
