Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRGPRX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRGPRX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D21 and OR52H1. Each is linked with MRGPRX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGPRX2-to-partner and partner-to-MRGPRX2 results are reported.
