Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRGPRX11P RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MRGPRX11P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher MRGPRX11P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRGPRX11P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD, UCS, and KIRP are the cancer types where MRGPRX11P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
