Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRGPRX1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MRGPRX1 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher MRGPRX1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRGPRX1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
ESCA, LGG, and READ are the cancer types where MRGPRX1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
